★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ascend takes a very straightforward approach to nutrition. They are motivated to figuring out a plan that works for you, so that you can stick to it, and reach your goals. I have seen nutritionists before that gave fluffy advice, and I felt like they didn’t understand me or my body - with Ascend you get a straightforward plan with straightforward advice, specifically for you and your needs.
I feel very supported, with the weekly check-ins I can let my coach know what is and isn’t working, and I never feel like I’m sticking to a plan that isn’t making me happy.
I have had almost consistent weight loss since I started with Ascend, and have lost almost 20kgs in 6 months, which is the most I’ve been able to loose after years of seeking nutritional help.
I would highly recommend Ascend, especially to anyone who struggles with fat loss and dieting, Ascend makes it really easy and will help you get amazing results if you’re willing to put the work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with ascend for close to 3 years now it was a life changing choice for me in every aspect, Phil is a wealth of knowledge and I've learnt so much from him, he's honest and straight to the point with you which I love but also very supportive and encouraging in helping you achieve your goals no matter what they might be!! the meal plans are easy to follow, full of variety and absolutely sustainable. Been with him for 7 months now and have made good progress towards my goals so far. Love the communication and plans he gives me. Just an all around GC. Its still early days and cant wait for more to come.

The man is absolutely committed to seeing you achieve your goals, and helped me drop 20kg over a 6 month period. Weather you are a pro body builder, or just starting out in a weight loss journey, every client receives his undivided attention.
