★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table of 5, ordered drinks which took time.ordered meals..kids meals where given out before entree’s when asked to sort it, was told it’s policy to do kids before entree??? Really?? Asked for it to be re done with our mains, they were given same meals back half hour later.. one main was streak with mushroom sauce, came out with garlic sauce which that person is allergic to… they didn’t care just put mushroom on the side.. when questioned about our poor service experience got nothing but our bill and told to have a nice day, after paying said we wouldn’t be coming back, we were then told by the manager “we are truly horrible people”
Unbelievable. Have been here many times previous, food is always good but service always bit slow… but tonight was a level I have never experienced in a restaurant ever before..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I decided to pop in for lunch today and unfortunately did not enjoy the experience as we have in the past, when we arrived it was busy so expected a slight wait which is understandable but after waiting more than 30 mins for our meal and watching another couple come in after us and order after us receive there meal first was very disappointing I got up and left we went else where had great service and a meal on our table within 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great food lovely lunch with family from Chch. Table of 6 well served outside as I'm on a mobility scooter. Hope there is going to be room inside for us in the winter as we would definitely go again if table can be set down stairs.
