★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible terrible. I was there on Monday, Hawaiian BK Chicken Burger - Bun was toasted to a crisp. Bacon was chewy I.e not cooked enough. Lettuce was brown.
Horrific. I was on my way back to Chch, otherwise I would have gone back and asked for a replacement and an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! Service is slow, staff are rude and food was cold. Staff reused to reheat or exchange and argued that it was fine. The time before it was burnt and they re did it but didn’t tell us and just left us waiting 35 mins. Emailed Custer service they told me the manger would ring and we would receive a voucher. Nothing ever showed up. Then saw staff out in the car park throwing their rubbish on the ground. Won’t be returning.
