β β β β β Reached out via email and spoke to a person by the name of Roger Anderson. Just wanted to get a quote on a product, Im aware there was a catalog with pricing but was unsure with the names being different and didnt want to order the wrong product as I was keen on ordering a large quantity. This person was very blunt, asked for my personal details and I refused as I wasnt ready to order and was still waiting on a rough estimate for costs. He then responded βunable to help youβ. Im unsure how you plan to keep up a business like this but it is clear that this is a common issue based on other reviews. How disappointing.
