β β β β β I hobbled into Aspire on a crutch and my free hand in a wrist brace, doctors could not make a clear diagnosis and I was living on pain killers.
Within a week Cain had me walking, within a month I was walking 4kms every day. I can now exercise regulary and have my life back.
I continue to see Cain and so does my whole family, could not recommend more highly.

They are friendly dedicated people who are passionate about what they do and really know what they are talking about. They always manage to fix me when I'm broken and I really don't know where I would be without them! 100% recommend Aspire Chiropractic!

I started seeing Kane a number of years ago after a twinge in my shoulder blade and arm and have seen him for regular check ups/ adjustments ever since with adjustments to my whole body - I put my body under a lot of physical and mental stress! I am always amazed at how quickly Kane can locate the issue which is causing me pain (which is typically stemming from somewhere else) and manipulate my body to making me feel great. Kane also helps me with my mental state and how it is affecting my body to function. I have also had sessions with Mari relating to my diet and working out what my body is lacking or has to much of! I'd recommend Kane and Mari to anyone!

β β β β β Kaneβs treatment of my foot and ankle was incredibly thorough and made an immediate difference. He did a range of adjustments, kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and suggested some stretches and techniques to do myself.
Mari has adjusted my back and given me great advice on supplements and nutrition, including carrying out some muscle testing.

β β β β β Every person at Aspire knew what they were talking about. They listened to me. They clearly explained what I needed to do and what they were going to do. I quickly decided to trust them because their manner (friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accepting), suggested they cared about me. I was happy with the assessment, with the explanation of the x-rays, with the adjustments. I only met them last Saturday and have already recommended Aspire to friends and family. I look forward to leaving stiffness and pain behind me.
