★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspiring Catering catered our daughter's wedding at NZ High Country, 29 February 2020, seemingly a lifetime ago. The canapes were absolutely delicious, the meal itself was amazing and all our guests have raved about the quality of the food and the attention to detail. Lucy and her team were very professional, their service immaculate and they were attentive, friendly and well organised. Everything went like clockwork. Thank you so much for making the day so memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so glad to have Aspiring Catering to provide the food, plates and glasses for our function, organized at short notice. Despite that Lucy and her team detailed what we wanted and importantly, delivered what we wanted.
The food was superb and was commented on by all of our guests. The glazed ham was exceptional together with large grazing spread we sampled before the main meal itself. This high quality food added to the enjoyment of the whole evening.
We would not hesitate to engage Aspiring Catering again for any function we wanted to have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For our Autumn Wanaka Wedding, Aspiring catering delivered an exceptional, unique and customised 7 course menu, created by Lucy. It was the show stopper of the event. We cant thank you enough Lucy.
Our concept for the event was great food, great wine, great people and great fun. Aspiring delivered over and above on everything,
Sarah lead the co-ordination of the seamless event as well as 12 months of relentless positive energy and excitement.
To the people who served the food, ran the bar and cleaned up, the service was exceptionally professional and the empty glasses and plates were removed quickly and with stealth!
Aspiring also organised the furniture fit out - to ensure enough tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and heaters for the day. The weather couldn’t have been better and we spent almost all of the event outside at the Lookout Lodge, we were very thankful for the sun umbrellas.
You made the planning easy and fun. And on the day we were able to turn up and enjoy our wedding while your team ran it to perfection.
We are truely grateful for everything that you did to make our wedding perfect, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Where to even begin - the team at Aspiring Catering blew us away. They came onboard to do our wedding catering at the eleventh hour when our original vendor pulled out a few weeks prior to the big day. The team were kind, understanding, and pulled together an incredible menu that was in line with our food tastes. Their consultations were thorough, and their run sheet left us feeling calm and in safe hands.
Our guests RAVED about the food - I'm still thinking about those Southland Cheese Rolls we had as a late night snack. Incredible! Lucy, Megan, Sarah and the rest of the team - thank you. We are so grateful for professionalism, care and mouth-watering food. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone looking for premium catering and service. Love your work!

Sarah and the team did a magnificent job on the night, our team has not stopped raving about all the beautiful dishes that were created that evening. Not only was the food the main event and drool-worthy, but their service staff was exceptional, friendly, and patient. 10/10. We will be back for more.

The potatoes were harvested from the garden the morning of the wedding - you can't get any fresher than that! Lucy and her team took the time to get to know what we wanted. On the day they were so kind and we enjoyed getting to know them. The team were very professional - present if we needed them but never in the way. We would 1000% recommend you all for any event. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspiring Catering were the most amazing caterers for our big day. Our friends and family have not stopped going on about how amazing the food was, the best wedding food they have ever had! We interviewed a few caterers when making our choice and the thing that stood out for us about AC was that they took time to learn about us as a couple. When we met with Lucy (Head Chef), her passion was inspiring, she had us so excited for what we would experience at the wedding.
The AC team are a well oiled machine! They made our day run so smoothly and nothing was an issue. Effective communication, professionalism, passion and kindess were constantly shown. We cannot recommend Aspiring Catering enough and thank them for making our day so special. xx

The food was exquisite and their service throughout was impeccable - truly all we could have hoped for. Working with them to create a menu was fun and they were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and always communicative. I feel they went out of their way to deliver for us and appreciate beyond words their ability to not only present outstanding food that our guests raved about with an emphasis on sustainability and low wastage - but all the little things that helped to keep us smiling and ease any stress.
