Ordered the wrong product last purchase and it was replaced with the correct item within 7 days. Service second to none. Staff have immense knowledge of the products and have put me on the right path many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best supplier in the country. Excellent friendly, quick service and advice on equipment choice suited to level of experience and intended use of equipment from an experienced astronomer.
Fantastic range, including most major brands, and convenient show room in Torbay Auckland to take a look at, or pick up equipment if you want to. Over the last five years or so, I have purchased excellent quality equipment including a Dobsonian telescope and a mount with AstroNZ GSO telescope, and multiple accessories.

I must say , I'm not disappointed. From the time of first enquiry to recieving the (well packaged) product, the experience has been great.
Andrew from Astronz helped and guided me through the process, taking the time to patiently answer all my questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and it shows with his genuine concern for the customer's needs whilst never pushing for sales.
I highly recommend Astronz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews but Andrew was the best to deal with, never had customer service quiet like it. Bought a telescope today and he taught me everything I needed to know before I left, you could tell he was passionate and wanting to share his knowledge with everyone. Didn't force me into buying a big one and making more money his main concern was the usability on your behalf even recommended a smaller one if we couldn't find a space for a larger one. He was honest and pleasant to deal with, we will return for more purchases in the future and to learn more from him. Highly recommended, I have done my research and checked out other shops Andrew really knows his stuff and isn't looking to sell you the most expensive items but instead he wants you to be interested in astronomy and enjoy it with the equipment that best suits you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, but these guys have irregular hours so its hard to know when they are open each day as they do not have normal business hours, when you have a problem its hard to contact or find a phone number. I think this company may have started out as a small hobby business but now with the extra impacts of covid, they cant even get back to you in the timeframe that they give you.
