About Freedom Flooring Ltd
Freedom Flooring keep a rolling record of how their customers are feeling through online survey software. Once a job has been completed our customers are emailed a quick survey to see how they felt about the job.
Customers are an amazing source of information that allow us to optimize the performance of Freedom Flooring. We do really want to hear what you want, and understand what you think about our products and services. I mean, we aren’t needy or anything but we like to know, you know?

We REALLY appreciate you as our customer filling out our little email survey after we complete your work. But,, we are all a bit time poor and mostly survey’s are just a pain, so we’ve made it a 30 second survey so it doesn’t feel like we are asking you to write an essay!
We use the feedback to improve and/or congratulate our staff on a job well done, or in Trevor’s case, we congratulate the customer for knowing his place hehehe

I changed my mind on the stain half way through and the guys didn't even batter an eye got straight to re-sanding and the end result was better than I ever expected. 100% would recommend these guys again. The fella doing mine in particular - an absolute artist at his craft.

Thomas coordinated everything with ease and reassurance. Roger, Stephan, and Greg were artist craftsmen and took care with every detail. Lorraine in the office and the gentlemen who prepped our floors were all lovely to deal with. We are very happy with our floors and highly rate this lot :-)

I found them very easy to deal with and they took the time to show me all of the options available along with samples. There was a very large time gap between my initial visit and asking them to go ahead which fortunately wasn't a big problem for these guys. They just rocked up and installed it. We had a small problem but they fixed that immediately !.
