★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw on their website they make offers for unwanted vehicles, which is not quite an accurate depiction of how they do business. They e-mail you after you send in your car details, reply with no formal greeting, not even a hello, just a 'what you want for it'. I was a little confused, I was expecting maybe a question or 4 before we got to the 'best instant cash offer' and where you were 'guided through the process with their experienced professionals'. I replied with what I wanted for it from a private sale and waited for the much less but hopefully reasonable offer they bleat about on their website. The reply I got back was, ok, thanks I'll pass. I sat there dumbfounded for a minute, not sure what the hell just happened, then it dawned on me, I was making the first offer! Waste of time. Try full sentences, people can not read your mind, and a hello, couldn't hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 1 week ago I contacted asking for car to be picked up, he sent a driver with a full truck and said they will come back the next day on a Saturday. I rang on the Saturday and he said he has forgotten and will send a pick up truck I said never mind I needed it sold and I contacted another company to pick it up for $200 more. They just picked up my car today without contacting me and I rang to reason with him and he was rude. Will be contacting disputes bureau to see what I can do to get my truck back! RUDE
