★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with turners hamilton after finally getting a refund with a cheque that i couldnt use for 4 days Bei lent us a loan car and held the car we put the deposit on for us untill the cheque clears now thats going to the next level for you, also is looking into a special order evo 5 for me so has really gone the extra mile thatnks Bei!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the dealership because of the awesome reviews. They weren't wrong, bought a Nissan skyline in minutes of speaking with Bei.
He was informative and provided different options, no hidden issues too!
For all the Karen's out there complaining about his office you aren't really there for a car are you. You want Bei to wash your car then pay the man extra!
Inside of the car is immaculate, reasonable K's at a bloody low cost!
I am highly recommending you Bei - thank you for the skyline with sun roof and spoiler ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a Suzuki swift mid august & drove to Wellington (well 1/2 way) and had transmission issues. Was able to get it to auto shop who advised i take it to another shop who then advised the transmission be re placed. 2-3 weeks later i finally have a car. Then I go to move back to Hamilton and at 12pm at night (not even at my destination) the engine oil light comes on and im having to get my mechanic uncle to assist. A day later we find out the engine is not using the oil right and have to take it back to refund it. Spent about $200 extra only to have no car today and be out $200. To top it all off there was dirty dishes, chicken and random food items all over the "reception" area, the place smelt of smoke and a lovely coke can with ash covered on top sat right next to Beis' desk. I'm currently looking for a new car now and i see the same blue suzuki swift is back on B & Z's website with no warning of issues for the next poor victim. Would give a -20/10 rating if i could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car from the B&Z trades from the Auckland branch. They sent me to this Hamilton branch to sort out my balding tires after Bei told me the car had 4 new tires (they had the little dots on the tires to make them look new) the man from the Hamilton branch said "I don't care"
