★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a mystery holiday organised by my wifes work through ATPI travel.
To keep this short, basically we had poor communication from the agent assigned to us, followed by her assuming what we wanted without communicating to us and just poor organisation of all the details which resulted in a very poor experience over all. E - and don't let them use Budget Car rental which will frustrsate you even more.
