Would be nice if Rachel New (the person who emails on behalf of Adventure Jet - would actually offer other alternatives rather than just reply - no spaces avaliable on this day. Many thanks! I had to actually ask her to tell me what days and times are avaliable to stop the back and fourth of her giving me no answers. Someone - please train her! I was extremely polite via email too. By the time I got my booking booked, she emailed me two confirmation emails with two different times. ??‍♀️ and I can't get through on the phone to speak to someone. I hope the jet ride is better than her customer service.

I bet it's great, I have a voucher for them and I've tried to go every Saturday for the past month. First week not enough people, second week mechanical issue, third week was the weather that's fine no one can control the weather and now this week it's not enough people again I honestly would appreciate if they didn't lie to me and say it costs 1800 dollars in fuel for one run. It's 99 dollars a person and they say it has to have all 18 seats gull that's almost 1800 and they say that's the cost of sending the boat out. Just getting screwed around I wish I didn't buy the vouchers now. ???

Best experience and worth your money. We were late like REALLY late but he still waited. I’m gutttered I didn’t grab his name but he was awesome. Don’t over think it, get you a ticket it’s worth it.

If you get your tickets via grabone or any other voucher company then I wish you GOOD LUCK! CHECK OUT THE REST OF THE REVIEW BELOW AND YOU WILL SEE :) we have had our tickets for over a month before deciding on a refund. They Keep canceling our bookings with dumb excuses. Also not to mention "Rebecca New" coordinator are useless at replying ?‍♀️ First excuse was "engine failure" AN HOUR BEFORE OUR BOOKING!!! Second excuse was "no parking for our boats and cars". This one was hard to believe but after I complained thats when they replied and told me about the ASB Auckland Marathon. Funny that these people decided to cancel 2 DAYS before our bookings when they couldve told us this a couple of weeks prior. Every affected area and business for ASB Auckland Marathon was told and given a map of closure a month before the event. Overall this is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. Thank God Grabone given me my refund back.

Booked this over 2 months ago only to be told today (2 days prior to our booking) that our booking for this Saturday is cancelled due to boat parts needing to be fixed overseas. I can see similar issues experienced by others in their reviews. Not sure why they can’t notify people weeks ahead if that’s the case? Really disappointing service from them. Won’t bother booking again!

Absolutely rubbish! Me & my family waited for over an hour at Pier Z to find out it was cancelled. Because we were booked for 3pm Auckland Adventure Jet was closed so we couldn’t get ahold of them over the phone. We thought we will try contacting them through Messenger (cos we saw they were online) which worked, to find out our session was cancelled due to engine failure (I think it was) which happened at 10.45am. Rachel the β€œManager Admin” said she contacted everyone at 11.30am VIA phone call about been cancel YET me & two other families didn’t receive that call. No email, no text message, only a CONFIRMATION text for our booking at 3pm. Lastly, POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!!! during the phone call with Rachel it felt it was my fault that I didn’t get the voice message when for a business like this there should’ve been better communication with the customers. The trying to shift the blame when clearly there were other customers at the Pier waiting also. & the fact Rachel wanted to know the customers names & I had to use my own phone to pass it over to the other paying customers so she can ask if they wanted to RESCHEDULE or REFUND. Hopeless! I definitely will be taking a refund after reading the new reviews about the constant rescheduling week after week. Auckland Adventure Jet, maybe should ring Queenstown Jets for some tips on services they can hope you ?

The major issue with Auckland Adventure Jet is that they consistently cancel last minute, usually giving the same reason that they need boat parts to repaired. At times they can give less than one hour of notice (prior to launch time) telling you by text that it is cancelled. They are very disorganized and I would recommend NOT booking if you aren't willing to have your ride postponed multiple times.

Had a wonderful time here today. We even got lost and arrived very late and Emma and Nate were very accommodating I was so pleased. The experience was incredible and the weather was flawless for it. Nate the Skipper of the day was so engaging and knew how to excite a crowd. I was lucky to get this as a bookme voucher but I would certainly go again for full price with more people.
