I enjoyed the silence as sometimes I've felt pressured to converse in these situations. I also appreciated the limited feedback (or none in this case) on my problem areas e.g. "Oh it's really tight here!" "Wow, everything is tight!"
Those kinds of comments don't help the process - Catherine just got the job done and she was good at it too!
I loved that I was able to just focus on relaxing and if I had a question or comment to make the response was short but informative.
The staff are friendly and have created a positive and welcoming environment. No-fuss paperwork on arrival and easy online booking system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Aaron and Gareth for a few weeks now in an attempt to deal with a couple of nagging injuries that I was getting absolutely no solution to from sports doctors, physio's, podiatrists etc.
I'll be the first one to admit I was marginally skeptical about chiropractic work and accupuncture making a significant change to the little issues I was experiencing. Especially if it was something that my GP wasn't able to help with at all.
It's the sort of thing you only start to realise after a few sessions, but what they've managed for me over the last month is more than I could have ever wished for.
They are nice guys who listen to all your background and complaints and have a complete understanding of the human body and what you're actually feeling.
If you're struggling with any sports injuries and getting fed up with things not healing, get a few appointments booked with the pair of them and I truly don't think anybody would regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having back and neck pains for a while and kept putting off seeing a chiropractor but I had major pain in my shoulder and decided it was time to go. I was greeted by a very friendly and warm receptionist. Dr Huang helped with that sore shoulder. Now I’m very interested to see what else he can do for my on going back pains. Great service! Great experience! I’m definitely going back.
