★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very busy due to the bad weather and long weekend. Less than a minute after we sat we we're asked to place our order, since we weren't ready straight away we had to wait a good 20mins to try and flag someone down. Menu is nice tho a bit over complicated. My creamy mushrooms were tasty but not creamy? That bacon tho and the coffee! Delish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car here for a WOF this morning. Had used Gary Prohm last year for my WOF. I looked up the revies before taking my car in today and was surprised at the bad reviews. Now I can see why people get annoyed. The lady called me to say my warrant was fine, they just cleaned the headlights. I replied 'okay', thinking it would be the normal $65. I got to the mechanics and they charged me an extra $15+gst to clean the headlights. The lady should have called and asked my permission before going ahead with this. Tried to call them several times and never got an answer. It's not the price, it's the principle. Why do mechanics do this? It's just so disappointing.

I've always walked away understanding the problem and resolution for my vehicle and very happy with the value for money. I will keep going and I will recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my car in the shop after failing a wof. I asked for a quote before getting the car repaired. No quote was provided and I tried calling several times to receive one. When I picked up the car they had done a bunch of repairs I hasn’t asked for and it cost me $900. I don’t know if they’re scammers or just incredibly unprofessional. Either way, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
