★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were discriminated by a staff sitting on the leftmost side of the desk in the emergency department. I cant disclose her name because of privacy reason. It was morning around 9am on Monday 13 Dec 2021. My wife had a serious chest pain so we went to the Emergency Department. Security staffs and check-in nurse at entrance were nice but after we went inside for que. My wife wanted to use bathroom but couldn't see the sign. So we walk upto the desk to ask where the bathroom was. But the lady in the desk rudely said that we need to wait in the que. She didn't even allow us to finish my question.She was actually yelling at us. We are aware that we have to be in the que for sometime to see the doctor , but I wanted to just know where the bathroom was at the point of time. I had to again repeat 2 more times to finally get the answer. She was still rude to us. I am not an expert in behavioral science and law but I know that we were discriminated on basis of how we looked. My wife is a registered nurse who worked in that hospital for like a year and a half. She used to come back home with tears in her eyes atleast 2 times a week. I always knew that she was not treated well there by some colleague. So she moved to another hospital to work. Something is seriously going wrong. We are extremely upset by this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the emergency room reception is very slow, the nurses are talking and talking, no one has time. The simple patient has to wait for several hours to realize that his illness was not dangerous.
