β β β β β I was only sent half of my order that I had paid for. No communication was given regarding this, my emails were ignored as were phone calls. I eventually reached someone on the phone who took my details and told me someone would be in touch about my order, which never happened either. 2 months later the other part of my order has arrived with absolutely no communication as to where it has been or any apology. Terrible customer service.

I appreciate they are very busy with multiple lock downs in Auckland and high demand for their products at the moment, but a little bit of communication would go a long way.
