โ โ โ โ โ ไธๆจ่ฆThey may be a good agent if you just looking for place to live l guess๏ผbut definitely not a good property management. very bad check out,l have to do the cleaning again, The dishes are not washed still stay in the cabinet and smelly.my furniture is missing ,if anything l found out is not done,they will keep say is including in the fine that claimed. For real example, they didnโt even notice that my key was lost by last tenant until l ask where is my key, and they say oh... is including in the fines,excuse me? is 'cleaning fee' or 'sofa' one of them including my key? and they said, we don't show you,but is include. how come you never know that but is including? have you ever ask for price? my building manager say he didn't report him about key lost. and my some of furniture is missing but they also don't know until l ask. they should follow and check inspection report right? claim inspection report,show to me only have claimed for cleaning, and damaged sofa. none of one mention keys, I'm angring not just key being lost,is because they keep founding excuse,what ever l found something is missing๏ผthey just tell me this is including in fine that already claim but is not! this my personal experience. I am very happy that I quit. yes you did reply me out of work hours, except for this anything else๏ผ

They are friendly, were quick to address any issues and were instrumental in providing a community amongst the building owners and tenants. โ โ โ โ โ Best decision I have ever made, I was very lucky to have had Evan Zhang as my property manager. He was nothing less than supportive and understanding throughout my whole lease stay. When lockdown happened, that was one of the most difficult times for me, Evan was extremely supportive yet professional and proactive to help me with the situation. Not a lot of companies would go the extra mile for their tenants but I guarantee Auckland City Living will.

โ โ โ โ โ Since Stephen and Evan have taken over the management of Aura 53 Cook Street. My wife and I noticed a lot of positive changes! Quick response, good communication, and any problems were rectified quickly. The broken gym equipment was replaced quickly. Compared with the previous management company, I can see the cleaning team every day and keep gym and rubbish room clean and tidy. ACLM has set a good standard in all aspects.
