★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life booking accommodation. Very confusing key collection due to an incredible lack of information. The info I did receive came through via 4 different txt numbers and email. It was made more confusing as the booking. Com and zodiak system don't gel together. Once I had my keys it was found upon arrival the remote doesn't work. I rung back again. At this stage it was about the 6th call. Zodiak agent then tells me yes there is a problem with the remote and if I can park somewhere else they can sort a refund of the cost. This was highly annoying as I booked this accommodation based on it having a car park. The agent said the manager would ring me still haven't heard anything back... My advise would be stay well away if you see that zodiak management are involved.
