No one turned up either time and got called 30 minutes afterwards saying they aren't coming because they don't work past 4pm. Found the lady on the phone quite rude and annoyed that we were unable to accommodate to their schedules despite them wasting our time. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quote for re putting windows. The man who came was very nice and very informative. He said he would send me a quote. I thanked him. I also asked suggested we should be wearing masks as it was level 3 and he said he didn’t need to as he was double vaxed. I was curious about the company policy and rang to ask them about it. The man in the phone was irritated with me for asking about it and cut me off. I thought he had made a mistake and called back and was cut off again. The third time I called they refused to answer. I thought I had been unfortunate and had got someone who didn’t know how to answer the phone properly, as my original conversation with the lady to set up the man coming to make the quote had been very good. In the hopes of getting a more reasonable and professional person I called the next day to get my quote. The same rude man answered and said “ oh we’re not doing that quote and hung up on me for a third time. Quite unacceptable service sadly from Auckland glaziers as I was impressed by the man who came to do the quote.
