★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hard to find since the signs leading there were pointing to the wrong direction. They have very few leaflets there and the woman on the counter was unable to tell any more info about attractions around Auckland! The only info she gave me was that the other i-site has more info....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of brochures to take away, however, the lady works there has no passion and cannot offer any recommendations. I walk in with plenty of questions and left with none answered. If I cannot get any help there but just leaflets, why wouldn’t I just use google or TripAdvisor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, the woman at the counter gave me plenty of ideas of things to do for 2 days in Auckland. Couldn't ask for more. The isite is underneath the tower and you access it by the building next to it. Took me sometime to figure it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful people their subcontractors are not very good went to Waiheke Island at 8 am for a plane ride at 1 pm people did not show up. wasted a whole day of our vacation. After waiting two hours in the hot summer sun with no shade we found out that they canceled our flight. We could not enjoy the island due to our disappointment over this canceled trip. We told everyone we saw about our happiness in going on this plane ride on the way to the airport. Then we shared our disappointment and sadness
