★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an honour to have dine at the Sugar Club for the first ever time in our life for my birthday. The customer service was exceptional and the team went above and beyond in making sure our experience was an awesome one. From the moment we walked in, to ensuring we had a window seat, to the detailed explanations of the exquisite food, to checking up on me and my mum, to the amazing food . What a privilege , what an honour - thanks so much once again team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful experience with a beautiful view of the Harbour Bridge. It took us around 3h to complete our meal, but time flies when you're having fun, aye? All dishes had a variety of flavours, colours, and textures. You can see effort has been made to maximize the effect on our taste buds and overall eating experience. The wine pairing was beautifully done with each wine really complimenting the flavours of the food. I think the big winner here was the Hapuka dish paired with the Huia Sauvignon Blanc - outstanding! The beef was also perfectly cooked medium rare and super tender. The prawn-based amuse bouche was extremely moorish. One of the snacks was a deep-fried lamb ball which, for someone who dislikes lamb, was quite delicious! Overall a great experience with friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get sucked in by the novelty of the sky tower. I would recommend everyone avoid the tasting menu, 3 of 6 courses were awful, which with a price tag of 170 dollars each, this should not be the case. Boring and bland flavours. The brownie was horrendous, dry and overcooked. The lamb was really the only good dish. I mentioned on our booking it was my partner's birthday and confirmed with staff they have a birthday plate which we did not receive. Disappointing experience, style over substance, much better places to eat in Auckland, won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully presented food, the degustation and a la carte options are both fantastic (also have a vegan option) the menu and cocktails is always changing. This is an absolute favorite and the views from the restaurant are picturesque. Service could be improved a notch.

The view was stunning, the waiters were bomband the food is divine.
Not that kind on the wallet, but so worth it for a special occasion.
