No taste was off
Plz work on hygiene place was dirty flies everywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't happy with there service today...I went and gave my order,the girl took my order and started packing jalebi,then comes to me and says that the color I wanted in not enough as there was another order for it already...that customer comes after 2 other customers. Should be first come first service and if done online they should have packed and left aside,not when customer comes then you start packing

Asked specifically for Fiji style. Came out so soft like cake and no taste

Will only Back from Papatoetoe Indian sweets
I went from papakura spent. They sold my husband 30.00 of sweets which was barfi I threw in rubbish abd mattar and murku was like in small patchers for 8.00 each for 2scoops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always been going there from way back when it opened. Was overseas and even had family bring over food items to me.
Returned to NZ and made a trip out to buy the delicious food. Easier access fir elderly and disabled now on one level.
Staff are very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been a customer for 20 plus years, I have to say the service has gone down significantly and the quality of the sweets is not as it once was. I've sent an email directly to their customer services - no reply. The young lady who served me on multiple occasions was always unfriendly, kept me waiting even though she wasn't busy -it appeared the last thing she wanted to do was serve customers! On one occasion the sweets were stale when I had it later. I now don't bother going there. Thankfully there are many more options in Auckland now.
In response from the owner below - I sent the email from your website "send us an email" so I suggest you look there. This was months ago. Re the stale sweets - I ate it an hour after I bought it when I went back to the office so I think I know what "stale" means. I used to go there most Monday's for lunch and I'd get there just before 12pm so please check your rosters. I've provided the feedback I needed to - the rest is up to you to improve your customer satisfaction. Thank you for your prompt reply on this occasion.
