β β β β β I have trained several MMA gyms around Auckland and overseas, I can hand on heart say the friendly environment and vibe to this gym is simply second to none.
They have top level coaches who are masters in their field and are able to explain the basics to beginners through to teaching complex fight tactics to their experienced fighters.
I loved the fact that they had a beginners class to learn the fundamentals and once you felt comfortable you could move up to more experienced classes at your own pace, right the way through to training with full time professional title holders.
Hamish is an excellent coach with brilliant communication who will take time during a class to help correct you personally which I really found helpful, and it was nice to know he cared and wanted you to improve.
They also have a BJJ class I jumped in a few times with Van who was a master coach, she had near flawless technique, but was still able to break down complex moves in a way newer students could understand easily.
Can't praise this gym enough, and hope when my kids are older to start them in the kids classes here as they look simply awesome!

Van & Hamish have created an awesome atmosphere at the Gym. Really accommodating with what level you are at & what you want to learn.
Great environment for the Kids also. The kids program is solid!!
