★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place focuses on teaching techniques, so weather you're a beginner, have been inactive lately etc. It doesn't really matter as long as you understand English you are good to go. Don't expect any HIIT workouts or any conditioning exercises (jump ropes, heavy bags etc.) they will not try to kill you before you start the actual class like some gyms do. They sell most of the stuff you will need in their class (gi, gloves, shin guards rash guards) at a really reasonable price. And lastly the learning atmosphere is really fun and enjoyable, time passes fast during their classes, anyway I highly recommend it ?
