I chose Auckland Plumbable Plumber based on google reviews and it was well worth it!
Service over the phone was friendly and prompt with clear breakdown of payment. Great communication meant that issue, labour and material required was explained in detail (with photos of affected area) before the work began. Transparency - receipts for material was also available without our having to request them. Very happy with the service Richard provided. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris is a lovely old Chinese guy but was extremely slow. Took him 3 hours to try and locate the blockage and then I was told I needed to call someone else. $368 for no result at all. Called another plumber and they found the problem in half an hour.
I would not recommend Auckland Plumbable Plumbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Richard over yesterday to do 2 jobs in one day for us and from the initial call he already sounded like he knew what he was talking about. We had a faulty valve on our hot water cylinder and a leaky kitchen tap that both needed replacing. He completed the job in 3 hours but he also had go out to buy parts too. Very fast and prompt. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plumber is not competent to fix a simple toilet leak issue. He charged me 1.5hrs on the road telling me he looking for parts and unsuccessful. The toilet is not fixed after charging me 2 hrs of duration and call out fees. He then quote me 1 more hr of potential working time trying to fix the toilet, and again need to travel around in cbd to find parts. He give me excuse that he cant find the brand of the toilet to find part
But the brand was clearly labelled on the side of the toilet tank and inside the tank which is the most common place to find. An experienced plumber should know that. The leak was fixed by another plumber using less than 30 minutes.

The shower pan was not draining due to a blockage. Richard multi tasked to eventually find the problem which he was able to repair.
Hard worker and good communication through out the process of getting the the job done.
Would have no hesitation in calling Richard again for further assistance if required.
