★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing ultrasound technician (unfortunately I can't remember her name), cannot recommend her enough! Amazingly smooth process, and I experienced kindness and compassion throughout! A little bit tricky to find the location of the Ponsonby ARG (upstairs within the shopping complex/area).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few pregnancy ultrasound around Auckland so happy I met Rebbeca. Its my first pregnancy and had a not so nice experience at different clinic. She's very warm and made me feel at ease and communicates everything. Awesome experience. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male receptionist was very helpful, I was lost and he helped me over the phone to make sure I was at the correct destination. Aww... even went downstairs and had a look outside to see if I made my way, going over and beyond with that extra customer services ?.
Not only that, all staff were very welcoming.
Radiologist took her time and spoke with me throughout the entire ultrasound of what she was doing for my baby anatomy scan, so comforting.
