★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with wife to get a ultrasound for our baby, staff were friendly and happy to chat and help us make sense of what we were seeing which was nice when I know that some of the people doing the scan can be a bit hesitant. Parking is a bit of a shocker to get / find which is the only issue we had. Best just to park on one of the side streets around depending on when you are going.

The reason why I'm giving two stars is because we went twice for a pregnancy scan, at the beginning and at the end, the lady who does the scans is efficient and professional, but that's it, minimum effort, and very quick, in and out, the pictures of the scan that you might want for an album or to show on social media or friends are blurred, quite different at for example the technician at Ponsonby or at St Johns who really tried and look for a good angle or image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional, kind and accommodating staff made getting my MRI a breeze. They even loaded a nature video of my choice to watch whilst getting my MRI, and checked in regularly to see how I was going.
I am a bit anxious and they easily helped me through the scan.

Con: They were already running 20 mins late by my 8.15am appointment (good luck if you're going at say 4pm!), and zero sustainable transport options which is unacceptable in a climate emergency. There's no bicycle parking, nor is there a protected walkway for pedestrians; anyone arriving in a way other than via car is clearly not welcome.
