★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service with very caring and dedicated staffs. I personally recommend Dr. Fergus Oliver as he was the one who treated my beard loss problem and cured it after 10 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (5 minute Talk) consultation cost me 270 dollars. They Recommended stuff I already know for my skin lesion/scar. Such a rip off! .. Won't coming back to this clinic and I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

After suffering with psoriasis for 15 + years .
Dr Patel is the only skin specialist who has been able to get my psoriasis under control .
I've recommended him to numerous friends and colleagues all of whom have had the same experience. I won't go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was given a product and it was working well for my skin , it showed me good results and I love it. Later the doctor gave me a product that had hydroquinone and it made it worse and now it has damaged my skin on the inside and out.

My appointment I waited 7months for (waiting since august 21 untill feb 22) was cancelled at 5pm the day before due to my vaccinations status (was more than happy to get a negative test) waste of my time when I could have gone somewhere else, this very distressing for me as I was desperately waiting for this appointment. Which the doctor was aware of as I had only been in contact with his office multiple times the week before for repeat prescriptions as I could not wait the week until my appt. (They could of easily asked me to get a test then)
Have found a new specialist that said “ofcorse” they would see me, vaccination status has nothing to do with it”
If you want a doctor that cares about you - don’t go to this doctor!
Would also like to make the point that these doctors obviously don’t feel protect from their 2/3 shots of vaccine that they then turn around and discriminate against me for not getting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like another review from Kris KC Initial consultation was good Dr Chan. Given relevant information to take away for assessment and the necessary treatment drug recommended. After my own research on the preffered drug prescribed I decided more information would potentially make me feel more comfortable due to the potential side effects, or in the words of the specialist "if you have any concerns please call so we can discuss" So upon calling I was rudely told it would cost me $300 for a 10 minute phone consult . Not even a question to ask what might be the problen.Bloody rip off , don't recommend at all as this unfortunately would be no other choice for some. Disappointed with being referred to this business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no problem with the professionalism of the medical staff or the affability of the reception staff when you attend the clinic. The reason for my one star rating is the difficulty contacting the clinic by any medium. The phone is rarely answered and e mails not responded to.This makes the slightest query a frustrating exercise. If you want a clinic where you can have your query or concern answered in a timely fashion, preferably by a human being, go elsewhere.
