★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low point is their communication is extremely slow and erratic - although it was over the Christmas period. I had to follow up multiple times to get someone to respond to me and confirm an appointment.
Because of this I had low expectations of a job well done or if they would even turn up, however Dale repaired the carpet for me and he was exemplary. He was bang on time, courteous, friendly, thoroughly professional and the job he did was extraordinarily. I still can’t see the join in the carpet where the repair was done, and it looks like brand new.
I highly recommend this company, but they may be a bit slow at getting back to you.

I was thrilled with the after hours service and the personally approach to my disaster I had in my home.

We couldn't of had a faster response. Thank you so much team, I really appreciate the work, time, effort and haste you put into restoring the flood damage on such short notice. AAAA++++ service, AAAA++++ workmanship, AAAA++++ professionalism. I would recommend to anyone :)
