First order the driver apparently "couldn't" find the address when tourists who use Google Maps could find it themselves and I had to go and pickup the Parcel and now it's the same story. Useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff members. Big warehouse, but a very small reception area and limited number of car parks. The opening time is quite inconvenient for most people; and this is where you have to go to get your parcel when you get a Card to Pick-up and live in Mt Roskill, Sandringham, Dominion Rd, and surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Lady on the phone today essentially called me back to tell me that she cant help me as i had left a message asking about a parcel.
I tried to ask her to locate my parcel with the CTC number to which she responded "Well - i would need to walk to the other building across the street to do that for you" - i asked kindly that she check.... she then put the phone down for about 5 seconds and then told me "your parcel isn't here, bye!".
I tried to ask her the times they were open till today and she just hung up on me without any assistance. Tried to call back 13 times - no answer.
Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang me to confirm delivery address for my Parcel , confirmed delivery address with them 17/12/2020 .
Called the branch back several times after this , leaving messages to call me back .... nothing.... drove to the branch to see if I could locate my Parcel mid January 2021
The Person at the Branch new nothing about it , then fobbed me off , saying," If they find anything they will drop it off" . ( Absolutely Hopeless ) my hard earned spend , lost in their Disorganisation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really surprised by these negative reviews. I moved recently and often get a note saying that the courier didn’t want to leave a parcel and to collect it from here.
The staff are always polite, attentive and helpful and have a ready smile

NZ Post services are really bad from the bottom to the top.
However, this branch is outstanding and always do their best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nz post is funny: when not enough parcels they close branches. When lots of parcels they can’t deliver and they close branches. It is ok to put Chinese on the parking info, I think you should put Te Reo Maori too
