★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authored is an incredibly positive and empowering antenatal class. Jess goes above and beyond to connect the mamas from her classes to create an amazing community. She provided so many helpful tools, tips and tricks during each of the classes including the 4th trimester. Would highly recommend to any soon to be parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the course and believe that it prepared us well for birth/parenthood. A highlight for us was understanding that we are in control of our pregnancy, birth and journey into parenthood and we have the right to accept and decline things accordingly. Loved the holistic nature of the course, will definitely be recommending it to others.
