I was scared of birth and couldn't inmagine to be it a beautiful experience withpout stress, pain and tearing... Now 10 weeks before my due date, I feel calm, in peace and looking forward to bring our wee girl into this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the hypnobirthing classes with Petra. I left with a raft of tools at my disposal to help with the birth to save me feeling like a bystander. Now its all over, I feel like I was more involved than the midwife, what a great experience. Thanks again Petra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our hypnobirthing course with Petra and found it was an invaluable resource for our birth prep. Petra was so helpful in making the classes fit into our schedule and was very flexible. The classes themselves were really informative and gave us so much information as to what to expect, and how to make our birthing process the best it could be. My husband was initially there for support, but quickly saw there was a lot in the sessions for him too. In particular he now feels part of the birth and prepared for how he can help/what to do. Petra is a great teacher and a really lovely person. We had some great discussions with her where we could ask lots of important questions without judgement. Thanks so much for everything Petra - we are now excited and relaxed about the upcoming birth of our wee boy.

We learnt so much from Petra, she was always positive and very knowledgeable and has such a calming manner. We really enjoyed each session and we were looked after well. Would definitely recommend this course!

Petra is an amazing host and goes above and beyond in every session to make you feel comfortable and supported. I would recommend everyone do this course with her!
