They stayed late, waiting until the tow truck managed to get to us and transport us and the car to Blenheim.
Jim was very helpful about our options if he couldn’t get the car going on the spot, then he got stuck in and identified the problems (there were two totally unrelated issues). He then stayed even later and fixed the issues so that we could get back on the road.
Our road trip took a lot longer than expected, but thanks to Jim at Topp Motors we were able to complete it on the day we started.
And a big thanks the Jim’s wife who answered the initial phone call and assured me that Jim would be waiting for us.
Five star rating, can’t say enough positive things.
And the bill didn’t break the bank either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes a breakdown for parts(some of which were not required) including an abs sensor for approx 300 was given. If you actually read the email you would see I requested a breakdown for the labour (which was given as a lump sum(approx half of the bill)), which you would not provide. Hopefully future customers will think twice and shop around before risking their vehicles and wallets with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, my vehicle was returned with issues that didn’t exist previously then I was charged again to fix their mistake. Also would not provide breakdown of the bill when requested. $6000 for a clutch? Avoid.
