★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place with loads and loads of selection to choose from. But the major problem with this shop is that the prices are quite high, especially when you consider the fact that all these clothes are not new, but already used. The designer made clothes are super expensive compared to the others. Clothes have been sorted out according to their type and the aisles are wide enough to allow generous movement. And also, the shop is neat and clean and well maintained and the staff are also quite friendly. Would be great to have clothes at the price for what recycled clothes are worth.

A woman went to the counter to pay for an item of clothing which was labelled 99c. Whilst upon arriving at the counter the till woman (Blonde) complimented the dress, before giving it back she asked where the price tag was and the woman purchasing displayed the pricetag on the dress.
The tills woman then bumped up the price to $10 explaining that it is 'circled' and should be $10 despite the tag labelled its price.
The woman purchasing then protests (peaceful manner) that it should be 99c and that it is wrong to have it mislabeled.
Following, the blonde till woman responded "if you are going to be rude then you can leave" towards this woman whom about to purchase the item.
The woman purchasing the item never once came across as aggressive or rude instead only insisting that she should pay the 99c.
The woman on the till was very rude as though she had complete authority and made the woman feel defeated in front of her children. I do not condone this although a charity store, there is no need to make someone feel inferior or bad about themselves over your own faults.
