Our philosophy at Auto Super Shoppe CarZone is to deliver quality products coupled with a high standard of service to the community of the Hibiscus Coast.
Having lived here for over 25 years it has been my desire to be a positive contributor to our local community by way of business, employment and sponsorship.
With car sales I personally hand pick the products offered for sale and with my trade being a qualified "A" Grade mechanic, I draw on those skills to minimize mechanical failures.We only buy, sell and trade quality used import and NZ New vehicles. We can also offer Car Finance on site from No Deposit to approved purchasers.
In our workshop we also offer a full range of mechanical services for all makes & models of Japanese & European cars , diesels & 4wds including lease vehicles ; VTNZ WOFs while you wait, Cambelts, CV Joints, All Servicing & Repairs, On-board Computer Scanning, Clutches, Brakes & Suspension, Tune-ups, Tyres, Wheel Alignments & Puncture Repairs and we also have loan cars available. β β β β β Excellent service! We called on a Wednesday and were able to drop off car for repair on Friday. We were provided a loaner car and the car was ready in about 4 hours, which was a quick turn around for what we needed. Price was very reasonable and service and repair was exactly what we were after. Would gladly use them again and highly recommend!

β β β β β Took 2 cars and a 1 trailer for WoF within a month. Each failed with disputable items. Last one failed on 4mm brake pads on one wheel with explanation (sic) "Right Front Brake Pads Low To Replace". This is perfect to put into "For Your Assistance" section but not to fail WoF. This was the only item they found. All the rest was perfect and "brake operation" - as called in NZTA guidelines, was perfect. So all good, car reasonable new, no issues but... "we gonna fail you because WE decided that 4mm is low and a good reason to fail". To be clear, all brake pads guidelines says 3mm is time to consider replacement and 3mm should give you about 100000km mileage with normal breaking and decent quality pads... I'm doing about 20000 pa so those should still be good till next WoF. Of course together with failed WoF you're getting quotation if you'd like to book your service... and same for all 3 WoFs I tried to get through. That's perfect "rip off your customer" scheme. I won't be there again.
