★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some time ago I dropped a 15 hp mercury off with an estimate for a service of $300. On pick up was $900. No phone call. Never again. Avoid this kind of service as I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a brand new 30 hp Mercury from this cowboy out fit had a 3 year warranty, 6 months after purchase the motor had an issue with the choke leaver sticking they said it had to much salt and they wouldn't honour the warranty, they estimated 1-2 hours max and charged me for four hours, once I got the motor home parts where also missing off it, these guys are robbers, I am taking them to small claims court and Fair Go!!!!! I bet there are many more customer who have been ripped off by this outfit. bad bad bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave Craig and the team a chance to work on my boat. Mostly as they were the tenant mercrusier mechanic at gulf harbour. Seriously the worst service experience I have ever had. they couldnt provide time sheets, and when i asked for them I was told the job was closed, and told on reflection we did alot more time then we charged. At $137 p/h you would expect efficiency. To make matters worse they forgot about the booking for the work, so the boat sat on the hard for at least 3 days with no work, as they were busy for the boat show. then when it was finally finished, the keys were removed and i was asked to pay prior to getting them back. Once i did get back on the boat, things were missing, it was dirty. I was quoted from many shops 40-60 hrs to do the work they did. they charged 160hrs and then said they actually did 250hrs. If you want to pay for low productivity these are your guys. Not only that, i was able to find the parts easier then they did, so i am not sure what expertise they brought to this. Lastly and most importantly, what I witness of H&S practices was very unsafe and needs to stop. I have informed worksafe.
