Actual time and cost: one and 3/4hours work, cost all up $363.49
Photo of invoice below hopefully of cost breakdown. I feel ripped off as actual cost was higher than I’d heard at original booking, but unsure if I really was ripped off or not?? Staff were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend these guys for a WOF, but be wary of then having extra work booked in. Foolish me, I didn't ask for a price at the time, and once the work was done, was hit with a $750 bill. No offer of a quote, no discussion of even an estimate. Just be very aware, get a price every time. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come back and edit my comment. Although $280 was a insane price for the work that was done they were very fast to bring my car. It took awhile to price the parts but customer support was very good. Did not fix the issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating staff and gives you exactly what your car's condition, what needs to be changed and assessment on price. No hidden fees. I also want to mention that i didn't made a booking but it was fine. I've waited in the receiving area but didn't felt bored as we have free coffee too?

I was extremely impressed especially as they were clearly super busy with other repeat customers and new walk ins as i was there. Still delivered speedy, friendly and affordable quality service. Great stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic reception staff, relatively fast WOF despite there being so many people in line! I was very impressed. Got a nice wave from the inspector as I left. I also came back for the recheck and they saw me very quickly. Over all, great experience.
