Emailed for a discussion before any service but only being told it was done when i called and asked.
Unacceptable attitude when trying to ask about the problem of my car and the charge.
Will never recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to get my car fixed was having issue they told me leave it for couple of days to get fixed it thn keep asking for leave another days and they took 1 week and charge me $1000 but when my patner pick up car and its even in bad situation when we leave it was not any lights on dash or anything i have no idea if they didn’t find out the problem or get it fixed properly than what they charge us around $1000 really disappointing not recommend at all cos when we asked why its not get fixed if u charged they was starts arguing probably that’s how they treat our customers bad experience of my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent issue during a long journey, and Edgeware Auto saw me immediately without hesitation. Fixed it up within 10 minutes, allowing me to get back on the road. Best thing about it, they said I didn’t owe them anything and they were just happy to help. Absolute legends. Rarely do you encounter businesses who genuinely want to help out. Thanks team.

I was just passing through town when my car broke down, they took a look at my car and got all the parts to repair it very quickly. Really appreciate the efficiency and quality of work. The staff are super helpful and friendly too.
