★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off. Timer runs down very fast, requires 2 tokens for barely adequate pre wash and soap, needs 4 tokens to do an adequate rinse. Water pressure is good. Spent $10 which is easily enough elsewhere and got a poor result due to being rushed. I’m a former professional groomer who works fast and efficiently. Won’t use again. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in at last minute for a full interior clean. Car was DIRTY and LOTS of dog hair! Was impressed with results! Didn't expect all the hair gone but wow they have done an amazing job! Dash is clean, doors & windows. Seats look great - have to wait a couple of days for them to dry out but this is expected. Yes it cost alot, but thats the option I chose. Thanks for giving me back a super clean car with all bad smells gone! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making a booking online could never be easier! Impressed with the results for the amount I paid. By far the best value for money here. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who went through a pre and post inspection with me. He was very informative of what to expect with the results. Also I love the replies to some of these reviews as some customers do expect more than what they asked for. As a first time customer using any valet service, what I received was way beyond my expectations! Also got a complementary cherry scented car smelly. (My favorite scent for a car which was picked at random). Will definitely be back! Have referred this valet service to others ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the $49 interior clean, the service was well done, I'm more then happy with the service but the receptionist could've been more friendly and more responsive. she tried to rope me into getting another service done when I knew which exact service I wanted.
as far as I could see there aren't any signs about where to park your car / what the process is when you get to the location - I parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to park because I had to go in and tell them I had arrived for my appointment.
would be convenient if they had designated parking spots so customers know where to park before the service starts as there is a form to sign inside the office.
they have seats outside the office where customers sit while their car is being cleaned.
I was sitting outside in the cold for 20 - 25mins with my things next to me, there are no provisions for putting things from the car - a simple shelf inside the office would do to store things like handbags and other general items that one keeps in a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, friendly staff and great value for money. They have quite a few different options as well as add ons. Booked the 'prestige valet' option as my car needed quite a bit of a clean. Almost looked like a brand new car! Pleased with the overall service and will be revisiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car for a groom and left it with them three hours. They did a great job cutting the oxidation/ sun fade from the roof and bonnet and gave it an excellent protective wax coat.
Interior was done excellently, I haven’t vacuumed it for way too long and now I don’t want to put my kid back in to mess it up.
Best of all was the headlight cut and polish, getting rid of that cloudy glaze over them. And slightly cheaper than many of the other local places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. I spend $249 on interior cleaning ONLY service and this this is what I got plus I cleaned a lot place by my self in front of this shop because they didn’t clean it. My boss asked me did you really go to a shop to clean the car?

Had work van left for cleaning but seems like only vacuuming is done and heaps spots left with dust including seats, corners of dashboard, door handles, steering wheel.
Called twice but no good response, very unprofessional.
We had the Toyota Hiace only front cabin cleaned and someone suggested me instead of $49 I should go for $89 only cabin ( Dashboard, mats & front two seats) and the photos uploaded are from the inside cabin not looking cleaned $89 not worth.
