I went Auckland international airport again to get a new rental car. My holiday ruined from the first day in New Zealand. I am not recommend this unreliable company at all.

Absolutely disgraceful.
Make it impossible to get full deposit back.
They took more then the cost of 3 days car hire for a tiny chip in the windscreen after making me keep the car for an additional, unwanted day, as they were not open to return.
Misquoted and lied about repair cost.
Provided no supporting evidence.
No working radio of any sort in car.
Never using this service again.
