Though I am very bad with names so lets just say, the two ladies at the reception and the really tall guy who the job was assigned to with his team, all were great. There was communication via calls and text all the time. My car was in for an insurance claim as it was hit by another one. It slightly did take a while for the new piece to be imported which had to be replaced but that's not their fault at all, once it had arrived, it certainly didn't take that much time to fix things up.
