★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not very often you find a shop that actually cares about how the customer actually feels. I wasn't mad about the initial price but rather disappointed because I knew the amount of "labour" that went into getting my car up & running. Carlos called me the next day, apologised and asked how much I was happy to pay and refunded me the remaining amount....if that's not going above and beyond the call of duty I don't know what is. Great stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken my car to Carlos as it was the closest mechanic I could drive to as my car was no driveable. I had explained to Carlos I was looking for a cheaper solution as this car was supposed to be sold today to a dealership. He had informed me that 3 of my fuel injectors needed replacing me and quoted me $900 a piece didn’t even offer me different solutions.The up-mark at this place is horrendous and did not feel like he was really looking out for me but looking out for his bank. I brought 3 fuel injectors through another mechanic at $180 per injector + GST (second hand) but he obviously had listened to my situation with the car and did his best to shop around.please shop around and see what other mechanics can do as this place is extremely overpriced.

I took my car in for a wof ended up needing a few things done and he called me right away and kept me in the loop with everything that was happening with my car. Carlos gave multiple different options to suit my financial situation. He was AMAZING, highly highly recommend!

The Automotive New Lynn team provide a high quality and professional service, excellent communication in regards to potential issues with the car and running me through my options. Not only was it an great price, but the boys went above and beyond to return the car clean, shiny and in the best shape possible. Could not fault their service and will definitely come back again.
