While buying a used car from them, a potential issue that was missed by AA pre-purchase inspection was promptly noticed by their own team and was fixed before delivering the car to us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car buying experience ever, sales person offered $1000.00 off price but reneged at time of purchase, only brought car as I had sold mine, owner contacted me as a result of feedback and offered a free tank of fuel and a service which I refused what happened to my word is my bond. Car good, deal worst ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than impressed with the sales process, had to chase the salesman for delivery date (used vehicle so in stock), valeting was poor with stains still on a seat back, dent in bonnet, less than half a tank of fuel and no response following the satisfaction call.
Expected better spending $50k - wouldn’t deal with them again.
