★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend at all doctor Shand has no time to listen to your concerns and rushes to prescribe medicine too quickly without doing a full examination. Very expensive practice as well. Have now changed to a doctor that will listen to my concerns and try to help me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been with this clinic for over 5 years now and we're very happy with their service. Our GP is Dr Kathy Davey. She and her team have always been very welcoming, full of empathy for whatever ailments we presented and always try their best to help us. We have seen the fees risen over the years but they do have payment plan if you can't pay the fees right away. Discuss with reception for details. Hence why we only go there if urgent need arise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This GP has been my doctor since childhood, but I am becoming disappointed in my experience with them and I think I will move on. Dr Kathy Davey and her locum Charlotte Clifton are both empathetic especially for women's issues, however I find Charlotte always ends up googling my problems or I know more about them having done a prior google. Kathy is knowledgeable, but especially with 'soft problems' like PMS I am paying to come away with no solutions, feeling hopeless. It feels like handing over cash to be given a sympathetic smile and a shrug while I continue to burn through my sick leave. I would also ask the nurse to please improve her bedside manner for future patients. I tried to be friendly and she was incredibly rude, blunt, and nontalkative. I understand everyone hates their jobs some days but when a person is putting a needle in you to take blood it can be really scary if they seem angry and don't tell you what they're doing. Thank you for your help over the years, but goodbye. I wish you all the best.
