"I'd like to give some feedback on the recent building inspection I requested on a house in Whangarei using the services of Award Inspection Building Consultants.
The report was clear and concise and structured for easy comprehension. I found the report gave just the right amount of information without getting too technical and the results were laid out in a grid for easy reference. The report was divided into logical sections and each section was summarised for an easy overview. This alone made it easy to see if the house needed any significant repairs without having to scroll up and down or trawl back through pages of text. The important findings did not get lost among the less insignificant.
The service itself was very prompt and professional and the cost was reasonable.
