★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, polite service, but I am disappointed that they are "unable" to supply (or obtain from their chosen manufacturer) a small, plastic part that fails after a few years use in a window handle. I call it a design fault - but I was told (my the staff member there) that it was incorrect use. It's a window handle guys! I can buy the entire new handle for $15 they assure me. I'd rather have the 50 cent plastic part guys. Price gouging? A lack of effort on their part to ensure their customers have a great experience I would say. Happy to hear if this situation is remedied guys.
