★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Baby Dam online in August 2020 and received the product shortly afterwards. The product itself is a great idea for saving water! Unfortunately, after about 4 months of using the product, the two suction cups at the base began cracking and then split, making it unusable. Despite multiple attempts at contacting them asking about replacement suction cups, the company never responded. Rather disappointing service to say the least! Not worth the price for just 4 months of use.
