1) poor product selection.
- Tactical shop and only 5 types of backpacks?
- Backpack from year 2016
2) website is not updated and non secured.
- Sorry but I do not trust non secured website (please take a look for SSL certificate)
- Last blog post from 2019 - not big deal but looks weird.
3) OUT OF STOCK products - I do not understand why the products is still there? If is non in stock just take it off from website or ADD FILTER for that. (Show just STOCK items).

โ โ โ โ โ Just wanted to buy a pair of boots. After several weeks of waiting and coming back when new stock was supposed to have arrived still nothing. I've been told three different versions of what's happening (including being told said stock had arrived in store) but have gone full circle back to 'its on order'. I don't mind waiting and I realise shipments often don't arrive on time, I just don't like being given the run around.
Edit: Tactical Solutions got in touch to apologise and explain what happened (which I really appreciated) so I'll go back and give them another shot next time I need something.

โ โ โ โ โ Update :2 - added 1 star based on the fact that review can only be posted on particular product if purchased online; perhaps there should be provision to review for items bought from store.
Update: Have emailed Karl today, with couple of photos.
Will start with positive:
Karl was very helpful in getting right type of safety shoes and they do have a great variety of tactical equipments.
Why 2 star?
I posted a review on the shoes I bought as they started getting scruffy within a month and to help other buyers which didn't get published.
Also I found out 2 of my colleagues come across the same issue with same shoes if only I would have known earlier wouldn't have made that purchase.
Shoes were 5.11 brand composite cap toe shoes (short review ) good for warehouse type environment as the outer layer soon scrubs off and exposing the 2nd layer greenish leather material.

โ โ โ โ โ Came into the Rosedale store today. Great customer service and friendly staff. Whole range of variety of products. Bought some pouches, pants, boots and a belt. Very top notch products. Reasonably priced and very pleased with my purchase. Will be coming back here! Highly recommend.
