★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service by Bachcare! You ring the number and no body answers! We were stuck outside our house with the wrong code supplied for hours before we managed to get in! They never responded. How can a company do that?
****Property owners beware, do not trust this company to manage your property they just clip the ticket and do nothing for looking after your property or guests.
Will never book with Bachcare again and will be going back to Air Bnb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2 separate occasions had a terrible experience with Bachcare.
1. Arrived to an airbnb which only gave us 4 towels when we booked the place for 6 adults. Looked everywhere and there was no extras. So we messaged them to help us out and they NEVER REPLIED.
2.Arrived to an airbnb on a very cold wet and rainy day, went to have a hot shower and there was NO HOT WATER. Messaged them again, they said they would get back to us and NEVER DID. We spent our whole stay there with no hot water, wasn't able to shower, wash dishes etc...
You can't keep just ignoring your guests because you have already taken our money. Wont be staying or recommending you ever again.
