★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience the gentleman was very knowledgeable and so helpful I would definitely recommend this craft store - I was thinking about buying a die cutting machine so I could do embossing which is not so easy on my cricut maker and the DIY Cuts by Kaiser craft was the one he recommended for me and I am so pleased with it Thankyou so much ?I am really glad I bought it!!

The people that work there and own the shop are very friendly, caring people and the classes we have each week are excellent. We make awesome cards that are absolutely loved by the people l make them for.

Original review:
Ordered several items online on 16 July 2021. When I purchased them, all the items were in stock at the time. I've sent several emails trying to resolve the issue and he only replies once saying he'll look into it for me.
Why not just cancel the order and refund me? It's the easiest thing to do.
Had my order confirmed and paid for--> YES
Received goods --> NO
Attempting to resolve issue --> NO
